Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Minnesota
A friend of mine stupidly filed for bankruptcy, he owned only $20K an could have paid off his debts in a few years.
He spoke to me after he had an attorney file the paper work , and he did meet the judge (on week ago).
QUESTION: Can this process be stopped? Can it be reversed? I an convinced he has made a terrible mistake.
Can anyone help?

As far as I know, you can dismiss a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy, although I have never done it. A Chapter 7, however, cannot be dismissed. You have to ride it out.
