Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Minnesota
Hi,
i am in a chapter 13 plan and i am wondering if it is ok to get a secured credit card that i will pay back what i charge every month and not carry a balance?
the card requires me to make a deposit equel to my available credit.
thank you

You should not have any issues with the bankruptcy court doing what you describe. One thing to note is that any debt you accrue will not be dischargeable under another bankruptcy due to the short amount of time since your last bankruptcy.
