Inheritance after filing Chapter 13

Filed Chapter 13 in May 07 and will be receiving an inheritance from an aunt that passed away. If I want to pay off some or all of the balance can I do that? Or will it revert to the full amount owed everyone listed on the bankruptcy? Not sure what the inheritance amount is at this time. Would you recommend paying off some/all or continue with payment plan?

If you inherit something during your chapter 13, the trustee will want you to turn it over. The most you'd have to pay is the total of all the claims filed (the balances remaining anyway), not what is listed on your schedules.
