my adult son is drowning in medical bills, his check is now being garnished. he doesn't know how much he owes, how can he find out how much he owes, and then file for medical bankrupc?. he has no credit card dept just medical bills. where in the state can he find a reptuable asttorney to handle his case? how much does it cost to file medical bankrupcy ,approximetly?

The cost for a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy under the facts you describe would likely be under $2,000. It could be a little less than that, but a meeting would have to be had to ascertain a more precise amount.
