Does a personal guaranty ever expire when it relates to guaranty of a loan?

Well, not exactly.
But I can't think of any reason why the statute of limitations would not apply. There is a six year statute of limitations on most debts in this state.
I suppose there would be a question as to when the six years starts to run: from the date when you signed the papers, from the date that the last installment was due, or from some other date depending on exactly what kind of transaction it was.
