Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Minnesota
property seizure
I live on Social Security and pension,both judgement proof in Mn. I have several judgements against me from Collection agencies for non payment of cr. cards. Can my furniture or car be seized by them? I have no money for an attorned.

Your furniture would ordinarily be exempt. The only exception I could think of would be if some merchant had a purchase money security interest in the furniture. This will sometimes happen when you deal with a fancy store and buy the furniture on credit.
