Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Minnesota

Wendy and I owned a little deli from 2005 to 2007. It destroyed us financially. We have several judgements against us, and other creditors who have not yet put judgements against us. We are a family of 6 with a home and 3 very old cars. Not much else. We are on MA and Food Support. We had a buildable lot that we owned in another county, my parents bought it from us for tax value, so we could get our house out of foreclosure. If we decided to declare bankruptcy could a trustee go back and seize that property? We deeded the property to my parents in 2008, they in turn gave us the money to save our home. One creditor saw it on our financial disclosure form and put a transfer of judgement to the county that the property was in, this was prior to us selling. Would that mean there is a lien on the property? How would we know? I hate to think we might have done that to them. They don't have much either, but at the time it seemed like the best way to get us out of foreclosure. We are getting tired of the calls, the letters, the freezing of assets, and recently a wage garnishment that was not legal because of our exempt status, but we had to PROVE and took 4 months to get our money back.
