Legal Question in Business Law in Minnesota
I am 16 and me and a friend want to start our own business. Can we sign our own contracts and own shares in our own company or do our parents have to get involved because we are not yet 18?

Good for you! You will, however, need to have someone over the age of 18 to enter into any contracts.
