is it legal to post on a web site names and writers of no account checks make it available to the business community to warn business there is a person writing no account checks in the community

Are these "Account CLosed" or "NSF" checks?
Will merchants pay to access the site?
I would only do it under the auspices of an LLC to limit liability and have the actual images of the checks posted.
ALSO: You will want an ironclad TOU contract on the site for any users to limit your legal problems, which are bound to arise in the course of business.But remember, the 1st Amendment protects truthful commercial speech.
