Re: no account checks

Are these "Account CLosed" or "NSF" checks?

Will merchants pay to access the site?

I would only do it under the auspices of an LLC to limit liability and have the actual images of the checks posted.

ALSO: You will want an ironclad TOU contract on the site for any users to limit your legal problems, which are bound to arise in the course of business. But remember, the 1st Amendment protects truthful commercial speech.
