Legal Question in Business Law in Minnesota
If I am attempting to obtain a LLC , which registered agent should i be using? Someone like LegalZoom.com?
Do I need any type of license to sell websites? Do i need a Tax ID number? Or do I just need to claim it on my taxes?

If you reside and are doing business in Minnesota you will probably not need a registered agent. You will need to file the appropriate documents with the state and execute LLC agreement.
