Legal Question in Business Law in Minnesota
I own an automotive repair shop.Can a customer come in and demand delivery of their vehicle,without payment,and I must deliver said vehicle.This after repairs,and authorized by customer.

NO- You have a possessory repair lien under MN law and can retain vehicle until full payment is made.
You can also charge storage and have Sheriff SELL the vehicle after NOTICE per statute to satisfy the lien.
