Bank account signer
can one business partner remove another partner from signing checks with out the consent of the partner?

Do you have a written Parntership Agreement?
If not both partners can bind the other.

The answer depends on the written agreements the parties have in place with regard to ownership and control of the business. In many instances, there may be an action for a Breach of Fiduciary Duty or a Breach of the Partnership contract.
