Legal Question in Business Law in Minnesota

What do you do when a bank denies a customer of ours the loan they were approved for because they wanted us do the construction work and not this other company. They told her she would not get her money unless this other comapny did the work..she told them no because the other company did work for her and did a bad job and ripped her off...they did not give her the money...the bank is ruining our business by actions like this and this is just one example.
