Legal Question in Business Law in Minnesota
breach of contract and unjust enrichment
i received a Summons and complaint with 2 counts, 1.) Breach of Contract on a Settlement agreement I am in default on. 2.) Unjust enrichment because I have not been able to pay the monthly amounts due in the Settlement agreement. How do I answer these 2 counts legally? The only option available that I see if the Plaintiff continues to seek a judgement is bankruptcy of my corporation. Again, how do I respond and what should I do?
