Legal Question in Business Law in Minnesota
business contracts
I'm making a business agreement with a local restaurant, in order to get them customers they must offer a few specials I will be advertising for them. My question is what kind of contract do I have to sign and how do I make sure they uphold their part of the agreement. Also do I need any permits for these kinds of arrangements?
Thank You

Re: business contracts
The contract must be memorialized in writing to include all relevant terms. It may include an inspection of books to ensure compliance.
