Legal Question in Business Law in Minnesota
car selling
I have a general ordeal. I sold a car to my distant cousin, put the car in his name, and he signed papers ( a contract ) stating that he owes me so much money and when the car will be paid off by and how much the monthly payments are. he is not paying me. Since i put the car in his name, had him sign all the papers he has moved to florida. advice anyone?

Re: car selling
How much does he owe?
Do you have all his contact info?
I would do a Demand Letter then sue under the Minnesota Long Arm Statute.
