If a catolog sends out a mailing with the wrong price listed on an item do they have to honor the price that they have listed?

No, an advertised price is not an offer that you can accept. If this is a misprint or an isolated incident there is nothing to do. If it is a common occurance you may wish to report them to the Attorney General's office and/or the Better Business Bureau.
