We are starting a church and would like information on the Incorporation process for Non Profit Organizations. Could you please let me know what forms and other information I would need to get started.

Incorporation forms & instructions can be found at the Secretary of State's website, http://www.sos.state.mn.us/business/forms.html. The IRS forms will be found at http://www.irs.gov.

You will probably want an attorney to help you with the bylaws, organizational minutes, and so forth but getting the forms from the sites described above will get you started.

Good luck!
