Closing business, with 1 year remaining on office lease
I have closed my Sub S business. I have 1 year remaining on a four year office lease. With my corporation out of existence, do I have any obligations to fulfill my lease?

That depends on how the contact was formatted and signed. If you signed as the CEO or an officer of the subchapter S corporation, the corporation is obligated. If you signed the contract without discerning that you were signing for a corporation, you are personally obligated
