Legal Question in Business Law in Minnesota
My company moved me across the country, my house was sold at a $60K loss, the company paid $30K toward the loss and had me sign an agreement to work for a period of time, I resigned my position before the period of time ended (in addition, wages were cut for 6 months, 401K removed, bonus removed, 8,000 shares of stock awarded turned in because of the resignation) - can the company sue me for the relocation (short sale payment) and can I countersue for all of my losses?

You need to have an attorney review the agreement. You may have a CounterClaim for Detrimental Reliance.
