conciliation court and counter suit
Can I postpone the hearing of my countersuit if I do not have all evidence for my countersuit prepared at the time the original suit is heard?

You can usually get 1 continuance without a problem. Best to get a Subpoena from court and get the evidence via that channel. If its important have an atty get involved.
