Legal Question in Business Law in Minnesota

Conciliation court

I have filed a conciliation court case

against my former client whom I

caught trying to trademark two

names that I had created for his

businesses, yet never paid me for.

He is a doctor with more resources

than me and guaranteed he'd make

my life 'hell' if I tried to take him to

c.c. Well he has managed to turn

this case upside down ... my cc

against him has been dropped

because he created a fabricated case

against me in $ amounts that exceed

cc limits. So my case against him

was dropped and yet he has never

filed the case against me (he has

served me with district court

complaint, but he hasn't filed it ...

simply because it is completely

fabricated). What can I do to get my

case heard?
