Legal Question in Business Law in Minnesota

Confidential Info Leaked

Hi - I am a freelance graphic artist. I have been in business on my own for over 13 years. I've worked for a huge, major US retail company for many many years, before their corporate lawyers stepped in and required we that work though their hired employment agency. The agency required we have background checks, drug tests, and 7% of our payrate for their services. Unfortunately, I failed the drug test, and was terminated immediately. (this was over 3 years ago). I've recently learned that my results have been leaked, and is now common knowledge in the area and industry I work in. I'm not sure how much business I have lost, due to their leak, but it now makes sense to why I have lost business and clients in this area. The question is, do I have any legal grounds to collect any compensation for their leaking my results??? Thanks so much for your time and consideration.
