Legal Question in Business Law in Minnesota
Contract for artist
I ahve a contract for an artist and we produce cross stitch charts for her. Another company in California is interfering in the natural order of business and i understand the artist was solicited to sign representation for contract to them. Is this a conflict and ehat can I do?
