Legal Question in Business Law in Minnesota
sub contracting
I have a janitorial company and was wondering the laws on sub contracting. I subcontract some independant contractors to do some of the work long term. I have them bill me monthly per job. Is this legal?

Re: sub contracting
Probably not.
There are 2 ways to guaranty they will be treated as subs:
1.Get an IRS qaulification letter
2. Have them set up as LLC's
Or corps.
