Corporate responsibilities

Does a small public corporation have a legal responsibility to divulge corporate information and stockholder information to someone who in the past has abused the ''inside'' information he has received in an attempt to do harm to the corporation.

ALL shareholders are entitled to information of the corp, including finances.

If secrets are divulged, other legal action may be brought.
