eBay froze my account, costing me money
I am an ebay seller, 100% positive feedback. Recently ebay changed my password without my knowing, now I have no way of getting back into my account to keep selling (my only source of income). I have sent numerous emails, they have answered a few but always taking their time and I still have not received a temporary password to get back into my account and it has been 5 days that I have not been able to sell and earn my only source of income. Is there any action I can take against them to reimburse me or at least erase my charges for previous listings (which they have no problem taking out of my account regardless of my password status). I keep sending emails and they keep ignoring me!!!

Sounds like you need to get their attention.
Attorneys can often do that. A review needs to be made of your contractual relationship with eBay to determine if they are in breach.
Then the next steps can be determined.
