Legal Question in Business Law in Minnesota
My elderly mother has a small pension that hurts her more then helps. It disqualifies her eligibility for additional health care coverage. I have asked for a cash out or to stop the pension and the company states there is nothing they can do. That's impossible! We cashed one of her small pensions out a few years ago from a different company no problem. Is there any action we can take? Her perscription costs are sending her to the poor house quickly.

There are some options here, but I think you'll need to hire an attorney to review her documents and do some health care planning.
