Legal Question in Business Law in Minnesota
if an employee (receptionist) answers the phone and somehow manages to okay a "yellow pages update" for $500.00 is my business liable for the bill?

I would say no, but this doesn't mean that the yellow pages folks won't try to force you. I think the law is pretty clearly on your side, though.
