Legal Question in Business Law in Minnesota

Employerment Hours

I work for a company, and my employer writes down the schedule when we all work. Once that work week is started he changes the schedule on us. He doesn't tell anyone that he is doing it. He expects us to go into work and look at the schedule when we don't work to see if things have changed. He doesn't tell anyone that he changes it or give those that he took their hours away from more hours somewhere else. And he gave them to one of his family members that works there. I want to know if this is legal of him to do?

Re: Employerment Hours

It might be helpful to review your employee handbook or manual. Otherwise, I would need to discuss further the understanding and agreement of the employer and employees re; hours of work.
