Legal Question in Business Law in Minnesota
Fraud by Under Estimating
What % can a business go over their estimate without consitituting fraud. We got an estimate for $15,000-$20,000 to paint a classic car. The prep work alone has already cost us $28,000, and they haven't even put any paint on the car yet! Is there a limit?

Re: Fraud by Under Estimating
I presume the estimate was in writing, pursuant to MN law. I would need to see the document before I could advise you.
