Legal Question in Business Law in Minnesota
Hello,
I am looking to start a small business out of my recently purchased vintage carnival trailer.
The trailer has token games, manually operated.
What permits or licenses will I need to operate this trailer at town gatherings, threshing shows, and other public events? Will I need liability insurance?
Thank you.
:-)

As a Franchise Attorney I can say it is always a good idea to have adequate liability insurance. As to specific permits or licenses beyond the normal business license, contact your local city hall - business license and permit division. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
