Re: Landlord/Tenant Lease

I would need to review the lease to advise, but there may be certain situations where a lease can be brought to early termination.

How much is remaining on lease term?

What is basis for termination?

Has LL breached any term of the lease?

Call or email for assistance.

Re: Landlord/Tenant Lease

First, is this a residential or commercial lease?

Whether you can terminate your lease without obligation depends on a variety of factors, including the terms of the lease, the nature of the leased property, and whether your landlord has satisfied her/his obligations under the lease. I would need to review the lease and discuss the reasons for termination.

Contact me at my office if you need assistance or wish to discuss this in more detail.
