Legal Question in Business Law in Minnesota
Is it legal for a hotel, or similar business, to make a reservation for a guest at a stated price (including stated prices for amenities), and then charge them a higher price upon arrival?

No- generally it would be a breach of contract, and may violate MN Consumer Protection statutes.
