Legal Question in Business Law in Minnesota
We are a LLC and want to change the percentage of ownership. We are husband and wife. We would like to change to 75% 25% , wife being 75% are there forms we have to fill out . We are in Minnesota

As a franchise attorney I can say the other attorney is right on point. This is not something you want to attempt yourself. The LLC's operating agreement will need revision, etc. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
