LLC Corporate Book
Putting together my LLC Corprate book and wondering if their is a a list of tabs that I should create. Example: Articles, Minutes, Operating Agreement....... What other tabs should be included?

Are you the sole owner?
Member Control Agreement and Buy/Sell agreeements are de rigeur for LLC's under normal circumstances. How has the buy-in occurred>?
