Legal Question in Business Law in Minnesota
LLC LLP Partership or Inc.
Two friends and I intend to start up a web development company. Initially, it will provide a service, but eventually we intend to convert those services to products.
We are trying to determine what would be the best legal entity to setup: LLC? LLP? straight Partnership? or fully Incorporated?
We are based in Minnesota. But will most likely end up residing in MN, NY, and WA.

Absolutely do an LLC. Just be careful to complete all steps required to be protected, not just filing.
Operating Agreement, Member Control Agreement, Buy-Sell etc.
I can help with those if you need an assist.
My area of concentration is Business & Internet Law.
