We are a Minnesota agriculture Cooperative and want to give away a 4-wheeler to help increase seed sales.
Must attend 2 meetings and place and pay for a seed order to get your name in a drawing for the ATV.
Any problems?

Yes, requiring a purchase of a product or service would probably land you in the arena of unlawful gambling. As a co-op (non-profit) you may alternatives available to you. You should first check with Minnesota Gambling Control Board.
