Legal Question in Business Law in Minnesota
I am a minority partner in a business. 10 % I am salaried plus commission . I am owed around 100k in back commissions , my partner refuses to show these on the books as back pay owed, ever time I ask to get this paid up he say they don't have the money just go sell more and we will . I have directly email him asking to pay me what I am owed. He did not respond. Then he harasses me till I stop asking. Sometime after owning me money he came to me and had me sign an agreement , we only had a hand shake prior. I couldn't say no or he wouldn't of paid me what I was owed then I
I want out but want him to pay me my money.

Plus interest, penalties and Attorneys Fees
I am in Eden Prairie but my practice is Statewide
I would suggest bringing a civil lawsuit against your partner for the amounts owed. This can be done immediately and filed with the court. You should contact an attorney to assist you with the lawsuit.
