Legal Question in Business Law in Minnesota
non disclosure agreements
I am considering discussing an invention of mine with a company who specializeds in distributing products of this type, but who also manufacture products with the same goal. They have voiced interest in seeing/distributing my product. I currently only want them to distribute the product. Do I have to worry about them stealing my idea for which I currently hold a ''patent pending'', and would a non disclosure agreement found on the web be sufficient to protect me?
Thank you

Re: non disclosure agreements
Yes, you very much need to worry about them using your idea, or taking it and trying to design around your patent; and I would be very careful about using a non-disclosure agreement taken off the net without having an IP lawyer look it over.
