Legal Question in Business Law in Minnesota
personal items
We went into a restaurant paying month to month on it, until we could secure financing, but in the mean time I had gotten sick and the owner locked us out without any notice and all of our personal items and papers are still in there and we would like to get them back, we want to know if it is legal for them to lock us out with all of are things still in the restaurant.
