Prescription Drug reporting
Can an employer, force an employee to report the prescription drugs an employee is taking, and if not reported can they terminate the employee.

Possibly. I would want more information on the context {nature of job etc.} and the basis for the request for information.
Your employee manual may permit this area of inquiry as well.
Obviously, if you are an air traffic controller or bus driver, there are health and safety issues which override personal privacy considerations.
