Legal Question in Business Law in Minnesota
I am in the process of entering into a Confidential Disclosure Agreement for Agency and the agreement refers to me as the "Recipient and its (ABENT)". What is the definition of ABENT, I cannot find the definition and it is referred to throughout the agreement.

There is no definition. The word appears from the content to be a typographical error and the word intended was "AGENT."

The other attorney is right on point. They misspelled AGENT. Consult with an attorney in your area for specifics and before signing any legal document.
