Product Licensing after business dissolved
In Minnesota, in 1990, business ''A'' filed chapter 11. In 1994 business ''A'' was incorporated by business ''B''. In 1998, business ''A'' and business ''B'' were dissolved by the state of Minnesota.
Question: Does business ''A'' or ''B'' have exclusive rights to license products with either name on them? Some of the products were not patented.

Are you referring to patents or Trademarks? If either company did not sell or transfer assets prior to dissolving, the assets would be subject to claims of creditors, including shareholders. Call or email for further asssitance.
