Legal Question in Business Law in Minnesota
Still using me to promote a business
I was recently let go as Fitness Manager for a studio. No reason was given, but I know it was for financial reasons. The company is still using me and my name to promote the business on their web-site. They are also using a client of mine that only trained there because of me and works with me now, not at the club. Do I have any legal rights or can I sue?
