Legal Question in Business Law in Minnesota
Would raffling on the internet be considered gambling? Are there different state regulations for raffling and gambling if they are separate?

Raffles are unlawful in most states, and certainly in Minnesota, unless allowed as part of an established non-profit organizattion.
