Legal Question in Business Law in Minnesota

Recently, a group of investor purchase my restaurant business and have an experienced individual operate the business. Toward the end of the trasnaction, one of the investor back out and they shorted $14K. I decided to be a partial investor and invested the remaining $14k. Now, I wanted to withdraw that amount due to my current financials and due to disagreement with the operation. Could I demand for a withdrawal and how do I go about?

As a Franchise Attorney I can tell you it depends on the contracts you signed. These need to be reviewed, along with the surrounding facts and circumstances to see if you have any legal course of action available. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
