Legal Question in Business Law in Minnesota
repayment
I bought some properties with the help of an investor. He said he would pay for all mortgage payments, utilities, maintenance, and repairs. Every month, I would pay the bills, send him a statement, and he would reimburse me. In May he did not reimburse me and has not paid anything since. Now, myself and some others are stuck with everything. Some of the properties are in the middle of construction. He and the pice president of his management co. both told me orally and via email I would be paid back for May. Still nothing. What shou;d we do?
