Legal Question in Business Law in Minnesota
Solicitors in front of retail space
We are a privately owned small neighborhood retailer on the corner of a busy intersection near a bus stop. There are constantly people soliciting for various causes - today 3 different groups are out there.
CAN WE ASK THEM TO LEAVE/MOVE? Any legal rights for us?

Re: Solicitors in front of retail space
If they are on public property and not your property, then you have no authority to ask them to move. If they are soliciting in violation of the law, you may contact law enforcement.
